Grid And Permitting

Dear IRENA Community, I am writing my Master Thesis in Germany in " Grid Barriers and Permitting for Renewables around the World " and I have got more than 20 countries on my list of study and research. The main focus is to rank the countries that have less obstacles in Power Grid and Permitting for Solar PV and Wind Power based on policies and barriers and to present where is easier to invest in Renewable Energies. Could you please share information from available countries about: - How many months it would take to get grid access and administrative process for the technologies? - Is there any power grid congestion? - Who is paying for the grid, the government or investors? - Is there any power grid injection?
